It’s amazing to hear how well these spoons work for catching Trevally, especially the 40g gold ones! The 60g ones seem to be best suited to 1-2lb fish while the 28g and 40g are more successful with bigger fishes. Although the gold spoons tend to get more banged up, they really shine in darker, dirtier conditions. As for the treble hooks that come with them – unfortunately, they may not stand up against barracuda so it might be worth swapping those out for bigger hooks.
